Tell us what happened before the issue
Describe the actions leading to the problem, the result you expected and the result you saw. Keep the sequence in the order it happened. Mention whether you started a fresh round or continued one. Use a separate sentence for each step when that helps.
Avoid sending sensitive information
For a clear report, keep this in mind. Do not send passwords, PINs, payment information or sensitive personal details. A game report normally needs only the page, device and sequence of actions. Remove private information from any description you copy. Review the message before pressing Send.
